International students can now apply for a subclass 189 visa for skilled Independent workers. Which would allow them to work in Australia after the expiry of their Temporary graduate visa.
Temporary Graduate visa extension
The stay period for students on a temporary graduate period has increased from two to three years which would include master’s by coursework graduates, vocational education, and training graduates.
